Hi, I’m Kim Altier — and I’ve been helping people navigate home financing since 1991.

Born in Catoosa (yes, I really did swim with the Blue Whale as a kid!) and now enjoying life in the heart of Brookside, I’ve spent decades serving the community I proudly call home. Whether you're buying your first house, refinancing your current home, or just want to sit down for coffee and talk through your options, I’m here to help.
